Macau

Ah finally, squeezed out some of my time to finish this draft that i've stopped since the day i came back. Now, i can't even remember how the trip went and i might as well just write what i remember.

So me basically not being a morning flight person was half awake when we reached the airport and continued sleeping on the plane and the ferry to Macau

We visited Macau first and then Hong Kong. 

(I actually did a video on the whole trip and i think i can only finish editing it in 2017)

All the hotels in Macau were perfectly designed (i am impressed)

it was evening after we visited the chinese physician which was the main purpose of us going to macau.
as a big foodie how can i even stand not eating for 3 hours so we ended up having early dinner at a nearby restaurant which was recommended by the physician himself called "福来美食"

are you a seafood person? cause i'm not and i don't fancy seafood so it wasn't really my kind of dinner but hope you guys who loveeeee seafood are reading this at night. go grab yourself some food cause there are more to come.

we stayed at holiday inn that night since it was so convenient. It's actually located in a shopping mall with other hotels and each and every hotel had their own casinos. Imagine the first thing you do when you wake up is going down and start shopping. AMAZING 

 grand interior, comfy beds i give a 10/10

The next morning we had dimsum breakfast at 桃园, (hotel's complimentary breakfast)
it wasn't to my expectations

only 1 photo cause i was busy eating HAHA
if you're a friend of mine you would know how much i love xiumai cause i basically eat it at college everyday.

next we went to this bakery that sells the LONG AWAITED SO SO FAMOUS Portuguese egg tart.

it's funny how i'm so scared of dogs but i still love them
talking bout corgis, definitely gonna get one when i'm responsible enough to take care of one :p

the streets were pack with tourist and oh it was so bad 

after that we went to this temple and apparently this thing that i soak my hand in was said that it could help you earn more money which i really hope so la 

lunch at this noodle restaurant was pretty good

 

back to the doc's to drink up this nasty bowl of medicine

it looks disgusting taste disgusting and (yeah me) to 15 days of disgusting-ness

and the most exciting part of this trip (well for me i guess) was watching

i personally enjoy watching ballets and acrobatics performance and this is definitely one of the best shows i've ever watched excluding the story line which was a little... BUT it's still a must go!

start from zero

As we ended 2014 with double the sadness, and welcomed 2015 with the stampede that happened in Shanghai.

i just sincerely wish that 2015 would be a better year for all the citizens of Malaysia and also to the ones that didn't made it to 2015, i believe you are in a better place right now.

as a kelantanese, what hit us hardest this year would be the flood that just subsided weeks ago.

that god damn flood ruined our house, our neighbourhood, our town, our memories 

seeing how my house turned into some muddy jungle and how some kampungs just vanished

how are they going to rebuild their neighbourhood?

i've went back for a day to collect all the important things that were all soaked in water

we brought back food and other stuffs for the victims but as much as i wanted to help, the capacity of our cars weren't that big, things we could brought back was limited

even though school had been pushed back, i believe it will still be hard for the schools that were involved in the flood including my secondary and primary school in kuala krai.

as what i know yuk chai had encountered a big lost of computers, projectors and definitely tables and chairs.

they are holding donations now and do drop them a call if you want to donate!

the damages and lost people had suffered is beyond words.

i wasn't there myself to go through all these but even after the flood subsided and i had to go back and help

i couldn't even get through a day there cause it felt like a dead town

it was once the most peaceful town of all which i was longing to go back every holiday

but now there's no electricity nor water

we boiled rain water to cook and drink 

it sounds awful but at that moment i felt grateful that i still had food and water to drink

god knows how much the people who stayed there during the whole period suffered?

now they have enough food enough water and the electricity is back

all they need is money to rebuild what they once called a home and many children are going to school but how can you go to school without stationaries and uniforms?

2014

2014 has been the most exciting yet meaningful year ever despite that we had spm
as you can see, i came back and attended a new school which i didn't had the chance to blog about it at all but nevertheless it was definitely the best school i've ever been.

i've met new friends, new teachers, new environment which was a huge difference compare to my old school back then.
not saying that it was bad and all but the studying environment itself does makes a big contrast

big thanks to everyone who helped me especially my fab girls who gave me all the support and love. you guys made my last year of high school so memorable.

this post is basically the summary of 2014 which i don't think will be very long? since i'm not a pro in elaborating each and every event

so in (march?) i took a flight back to Malaysia and i was so desperate to come back without even worrying bout the MH370 incident until i got on the plane.

i swear it was the worse 12 hours of my life

constant turbulence made me felt like puking so badly

my first test was a month after i came back and i was so stress. never in my life i felt so stress bout my studies (well you should know if we were friends since form1)

but if it wasn't for the tensed environment i might still be chilling around.

during mid June, we were so lucky to be chosen as one of the PC finalists for modern dancing.

most of the events that i went were either school's or fab's party

so July we celebrated mingxuan's birthday

7/10 of fab but it was indeed a successful surprise party ^____^

actually i can't really remember which comes first but anyway
Melati's Raya open house was the bomb, heard that she always host awesome parties and this year was her raya open house!

although i was late on that day and only manage to stay for half an hour but it was still fun! the food was so awesome especially the desserts *inserts heart-eyes emoji

when we were in the midst of preparing for trial2, one of my cousins held his wedding at Penang and it definitely was the happiest and most fun wedding i've ever been to

so basically my life before exam was just school tuition sleep and repeat

well the trip wasn't as happy as i thought it would be but nevertheless hanging out with them never failed to make me smile :)
