Penang

didn't update for weeks cause its been a busy month. i rush to kl after this penang trip and went to aus. 

it's sort of a year6 graduation trip which we didn't had one due to H1N1 and for me it is also a farewell trip.

the main point of the trip was the annual penang marathon which most of them participate while we slept at the hotel lollll.

21 of us sat the plane to penang, another " hard to find " experience.

first day we stayed at gurney hotel because the pool satisfied every boy so decided to stay at there and indeed the pool was awesome. 

we walked to gurney plaza at night for show. and walked back, after reaching hotel it was already 1pm so decided not to participate in the marathon. very paiseh to say but still sorry for all of you who waited us to take our clothes hahaha. 

while waiting for the driver. another place real good for chit chat are hotel lobbies lollll.

second night we stayed at a homestay and i think most of us like it the most? well at least i love it lol. 

pity that we didn't took photos that night.

before going we still planned to chitchat the whole night but plan fail because it was freaking tired and the bed is just so irresistibly comfortable so we all slept early.

then the third night we went to batu ferringhi and stayed at bayview hotel.

bout' braces

i got my braces the day after my theory exam which was on august. 

i had been thinking of getting it since like standard 6? i went for consultations at the dental clinic & i was advice not to do at this age. due to the pain that most child can't handle at that age. & also bone structure

i think for the bone structure it probably depends on people. 

year2009 i went for a x-ray scan and 2011 i did it again. everytime i finish the x-ray scan and the doc needs 1 week to do preparation and in that week i always give up doing it.lollll this time it was a sudden decision because the protruding teeth was getting more and more uncomfortable. and face prob was another thing that made me did this decision. 

so this year i did the x-ray scan again and waited for about 1 week. 

i found it hard for me to smile and take pix like last time idk why D: now i look funny with my crooked smile in every pix....

ok this post is gonna be words wordss and still wordssssss.. 

first i think government hospital are also quite good in doing braces, few of my friends did it and it does have the same outcome no worries and it is way more cheaper compare to private hospital. 

i did it in a private dental clinic. 

so for those of you who want to do braces i hope this is useful

1. braces is not that scary as everyone says so. i asked 10 friends of mine and almost 8 of them said it was pain like hell, can't drink cold water, can't drink hot soup, can't eat apple.....

i would starve to die if there were so much can'tsssss......

2. but it is still not advisable to drink drinks that are toooooo cold or too hot. and also carbonated drinks

3. if the point that you want to do braces is just for maintaining body weight or for dieting just forget bout it. NO USE . i once thought that i could eat lesser after i did braces due to the huge pain but except for the first and second day after you did it or go replacing the archwires the rest days you live like there's nothing on your teeth...

4. if i said i felt nothing that's impossible. the pain is still there but actually it's just uncomfortable more than pain. just think your mouth is full with metal and plastic... it's quite disgusting on the first few days. but now i really feel nothing and i believe i will miss it after i take it off haha.

5. bone structure is something important. for me, the orthodontist said it wouldn't make big difference because my face structure was born to be like that lolll. he even call me to go do plastic surgery if i really needed one -.- 

6. when the first day or first week you did the braces the metal will scratch the inside of your mouth which is super irritating and remember remember to take wax from the dentist or u can buy it at a drug store. or you can apply a medicine call " BONJELA" on the part which hurts .

ok now for the whole process... 

1. x-ray and wait for about 1 week. need to see which orthodontist you going lah. and if i'm not wrong it's about RM200+  but their technology is the best 

2. teeth extracting - i extracted two teeth. i didn't need to extract lower jaw teeth because i already less two teeth lol.. one of my friend needed to extract 4 teeth wth. the dentist probably will extract one at a time. after one week you can extract the 2nd tooth. it's about 50 for one tooth. 

3. now come for the braces. first they glue something on your teeth and then they put the archwires onto it and press press press. almost use up 45minutes to do my teeth. it feels really really strange after the whole process and i kept on looking at the mirror and face problem went 1905320990 more serious lol. btw, cash is given first and then everytime you visit you will have to pay 250.

4. every month you will have to visit the dentist and you all will become friends  lol just joking haha. everytime you go you will have to change to a stiffer archwire which means the pain increases everytime you go.

 i had my fifth check-up 2 weeks ago and before that day my teeth were bloody hell pain and the next day i cried like hell when he keep on pressed on my teeth. 

5. after 18 months pass you can see your long gone white teeth and they will give you something like dentures but with no teeth but with a metal wire. and it's count in another fee... my orthodontist said i need to wear it for 6 months.

ok that's almost all of the process i think?

for my situation, i'm having my check-up twice a month. so dreadful.... because i need it to be done before Feb so it won't interfere in my studies next year.

but if you want it to be done quickly, i advice you to slow down slow down because the pain is something horrible to suffer. the dentist says that the outcome will be the same but the pain is a huge difference.

i think i will be crying everytime i see him gosh x10000

and i need to put on a rubber band in my mouth 24 hours except eating and brushing. but i just put it during sleep time because the rubber band is so damn painful.

well i think that's all i know. hope i have gave you the right information for those of you who wants to do braces.

so yeah, my previous blog is   d e a d.    idk why but it seems to have so many problems with it & i became so damn fed up so i ended up registering a new blog.

i'm still in exam mood, its my last exam in this school so well i think i should take it seriously right. but i'm so busy doing all the visa....... etc and also writing a list of the things i needed there. it's darn hard ok

but i think i study or no study also won't make any difference la...... 

its been one year i think i stop blogging cause my life is soo dull nothing to write at all to entertain you all.

but now i feel more boring without blogging, it's better than writing diary cause i can't insert photo in my diary

it's my first post on this blog & i'm talking nuts today. lollll

and right, tomorrow is a day off to let us get away from that freaking exam mood.

but this coming week would be hectic, luckily all tuition stop i have more time to sleep :/
